(Dayshift, Remote) Sales Support - Building and Construction Industry

This is a remote position. POSITION DESCRIPTION POSITION: Remote Sales Support FULL TIME - 40 hours weekly VA Rate : $8 AUD per hour DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE TO: General Manager FUNCTIONAL RELATIONSHIPS WITH: Sales Managers, Production Manager, Purchasing and Operations Coordinators, Stores Team Leader, Customers, Accounts and Administration. PRIMARY OBJECTIVES: Daily entry of Sales Orders from customer Purchase Orders, Quotation generation and Invoicing prior to delivery. Maintain strong customer relationships is key to developing long term loyalty. Build effective working relationships with the external Sales Managers, Administration, Purchasing, Production and Logistics departments to satisfy customers requirements.
