About the Role Our Client is seeking a Franchise Team Manager to manage U.S. franchise expansion and openings from Fullerton, CA 92831. The role is responsible for establishing and managing franchise operations, supporting franchise performance, and coordinating communications between Korean headquarters and local operations. Working hours: 8:00 AM5:00 PM or 9:00 AM6:00 PM. Lunch break: 12:00 PM1:00 PM. Probation period: 3 months. Requirements Responsibilities Lead U.S. franchise entry and store openings.
