About the Role Our Client is hiring a Sr. Manager, Field Marketing based in Buena Park, CA to lead regional field marketing for the Central/Sunbelt region. This role reports to a Sr. Director of Field Marketing (Southern California) and will drive brand awareness, guest acquisition, and local market sales through data-driven, community-focused initiatives across franchise and company-owned markets. The position requires partnering with Operations, Digital Marketing, and Franchise Development and involves both strategic program design and hands-on execution.
