About the job:



The **Medical Engagement Lead (MEL)** within our Transplant Medical Affairs team, serves as the strategic medical leader for the therapeutic area (specifically chronic GVHD), responsible for shaping and executing the medical engagement strategy across the product lifecycle. This role ensures strong scientific leadership, impactful stakeholder engagement, and close cross-functional collaboration to drive the medical excellence and credibility of the company within the transplant landscape. The MEL acts as the key medical point of contact internally and externally, representing the company’s scientific vision while ensuring ethical, compliant, and evidence‑based medical activities.
