Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the freshness of flowers by unloading, unwrapping, and conditioning them.
• Remove thorns and dead petals, give foliage a fresh cut, and place them in water-filled buckets.
• Ensure cleanliness of the premises by sweeping up debris and washing florist tools.
• Organize floristry materials such as sponges, wires, and wrappers for easy access.
• Collaborate with team members to understand specific customer orders.
• Manage floral inventory, ensuring a diverse and well-maintained selection.
• Monitor and report on the availability of different flowers and seasonal variations.
• Conduct quality checks on all floral arrangements to meet our standards.
