**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain crushers, screens, conveyors, and related aggregate processing equipment
+ Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and component change-outs to maximize equipment uptime
+ Execute fabrication, installation, and mechanical repairs on plant and field equipment
+ Partner with operations, engineering, and vendors to complete maintenance and improvement projects safely and on time
+ Promote and model a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with MSHA and company standards

**What Are We Looking For**

+ Strong capability in diagnosing and repairing mechanical systems, including crushers and material handling equipment
