**Summary**

We are seeking a results-driven Customer Program Manager to lead customer programs from initiation to fulfilment. This role serves as the key interface between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution, strong relationships, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

**Detailed Description**

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

+ Act as the main point of contact for customers and build strong relationships
+ Understand customer needs and drive program success
+ Manage end-to-end programs to ensure timely delivery and commitment alignment including FG shipment, RMA handling and spot-buy activities.
