Job Description

An excellent calibre candidate with 17 years experience within FMCG, pharmaceutical and packaging. She is responsible for driving new engineering concepts that enhance operational efficiency, supplier management, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and quality standardizing, standardize engineering documentation including design drawings, manuals and installation guides. She is currently responsible for 10 plants in South Africa and previously managed a team of 10 Artisans. She has a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, implement strategies and drive measurable reductions in downtime and cost.
Available: 2 months
Required Package: R 1.25 million p/a ctc + bonus
