Job Description

  1. Sales Support (CargoWise) /Up to $4,500 @Toh Guan

  2. Support for CargoWise issues related to sales, ensuring accuracy & compliance with processes.

  3. Act a expertise for sales teams on CW sales module queries and correct data setup.
  4. Data validation and basic analysis on sales entries to identify discrepancies and billing issues.
  5. Supports operations with troubleshooting with sell rating errors.
  6. Ensure smooth implementation of Client rates with Customer Quotation and One Off Quotes.
  7. Participate in CW implementation/post-implementation including testing & alignment of workflows.
  8. Preparation of sales/shipments reports by extracting, validating, and consolidating data.
  9. Develop, review, and maintain SOP for Accounts processes covering Logistics operations.
  10. Work with internal to ensure sales entries are structured for downstream billing & financial reporting.
