1 year Patient Service Associate #HMST

Salary : $2500

Working days and hours : 
Weekday: 630am to 7pm (Only need to work 8 hours a day on weekday – Need to follow the roster planned by supervisor)  
Every Sat: 630am to 130pm (Only need to work 4 hours on Sat - Need to follow the roster planned by supervisor)
44 hours per work week

Location: Outram / Marine parade/ Tampines

Greet and register patients
Schedule patient appointment
Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals
Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service
Will be stationed at Health monitoring station based on roster. Involved in taking height / weight and blood pressure for patients at Health monitoring station

Job Requirements: min. N/O/A/ NITEC / Diploma
