Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:45am - 5:45pm

Salary: Up to $3400 basic

• Provide Tier 2 technical support and resolve escalated MFD hardware/software issues
• Troubleshoot network, scanning, authentication, and connectivity issues
• Perform installation and configuration of Multifunction Devices (MFDs)
• Install and support Digital Front End (DFE) systems such as Fiery
• Conduct troubleshooting for print workflow, driver, and colour-related issues
• Configure scanning profiles, address books, and authentication settings
• Support colour calibration and profiling for production print environments
• Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
• Document troubleshooting findings and technical solutions
