We are looking for an experienced 10+ Year Litigation Attorney to join a dynamic mid-sized law firm team in Scottsdale, Arizona. This role is well suited for a lawyer with a strong background in commercial disputes who can independently drive matters forward while delivering thoughtful counsel and responsive client service. The practice offers exposure to a broad range of cases, including contract, real estate, tort, and commercial matters, with additional value placed on bankruptcy knowledge.


Responsibilities:

• Handle litigation matters from initial case assessment through resolution, maintaining ownership of strategy, deadlines, and client communication.
