About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a 100% Chat Support / Retail agent to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through a variety of digital channels.

What you'll be doing

• Providing friendly and efficient customer support via live chat, email and other digital channels
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Documenting interactions and following up on customer cases as needed
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
