100 WFH Bookkeeper (Weekend Off)

Work Arrangement

• 100% WFH
• Full Time, Remote Independent Contractor
• Shift: US time 10PM - 6AM PHT, Weekends OFF, Home based
• (Required) Minimum internet speed requirement is 50 MBPS (with pre/postpaid back up)
• Has a designated quiet workspace at home
• (Required) Complete equipment: Desktop or Laptop, webcam, headset

Pay: 45,000

Main Priorities:

Bookkeeping & Financial Management:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in QuickBooks on a daily basis
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and merchant accounts weekly
• Prepare and assist with financial reports and journal entries
• Track company expenses and maintain records for all financial transactions
• Collaborate with leadership teams to support budgeting and forecasting efforts
• Review, validate, and process payroll accurately and on schedule.
