1:1 SEMH teaching Assistant

The students all have SEMH needs such as challenging and disruptive behaviour, Autism, low self-esteem. We are seeking a proactive, patient, and resilient 1:1 Teaching Assistant to provide tailored support to a Year 9 pupil, helping them re-engage with learning and achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a pupil with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs, helping them engage with learning and daily school activities.
• Implement personalised strategies to manage behaviour and promote emotional regulation in line with the pupil’s individual support plan.
