The Role
You will be the technical reference for the development team. You'll combine hands-on backend work (Django/Python) with architecture decisions alongside the CTO, and mentor junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Backend development with Django and Python (REST APIs, integrations, microservices)
- Code reviews and technical mentorship
