We’re on the lookout for a customer service superstar to join our team for 12 months– someone who can not only deliver outstanding service but also help our customers choose the right parts to get the job done.



What the role involves:

• Serving trade customers at the counter and over the phone
• Helping customers find the right vehicle parts and solutions
• Picking, packing, and processing customer orders accurately
• Spotting opportunities to upsell or recommend related products
• Building strong relationships with our loyal customer base

What you’ll bring:

• Customer service experience (automotive or trade industry experience is a big plus)
• Computer skills are a must (...
