Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Execute core technical and operational duties within the designated discipline.

  • Ensure high performance, reliability, and adherence to standard operating procedures.

  • Perform day-to-day technical operations, maintenance tasks, and comply with HSE policies.

  • Participate in Root Cause Analysis for operational bottlenecks or equipment failures.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve unit objectives.

    • Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Engineering or Technical discipline.

  • Minimum of 8-12 years of relevant experience in heavy industrial, mining, or petrochemical environments.

  • Specific Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering/PMP.
