Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HubSpot Administrator to manage, optimize, and scale our marketing and operational workflows. This role requires deep expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub, automation, integrations, and attribution. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure data accuracy, seamless system connectivity, and high -performing campaigns. Fully remote role open to all countries, with preference for LATAM -based candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Configure, manage, and optimize HubSpot Marketing Hub and Operations Hub.

  • Build and maintain custom workflows, lifecycle stages, scoring models, and attribution models.

  • Oversee A/B testing strategies, UTM governance, and data hygiene.

  • Develop and manage API -based integrations and webhooks with external platforms.
