Requirements

• Experience providing L1/L2 IT support and systems administration.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Windows and macOS.
• Microsoft 365 administration.
• Windows Server.
• Active Directory.
• Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
• VPN, LAN/WAN, and remote connectivity.
• VoIP systems.
• Experience supporting CRM platforms and Adobe products.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
