About the role

This is a full-time non-voice Customer Service Representative (CSR) opportunity with AUXILIA INC' based in Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to AUXILIA INC' clients through various non-voice communication channels.

What you'll be doing

1. Responding to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, and other non-voice channels
2. Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
3. Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on AUXILIA INC' products and services
4. Updating customer records and documenting interactions in the company's systems
5. Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and communicating feedback to the management team
6. Adhering to AUXILIA INC' policies, procedures, and quality standards
