Qualifications
Valid 1st Class Power Certificate in good standing with the TSSA

Proven ability to lead a team in a unionized environment

Excellent communication skills

Ability to plan, schedule and settle potential disputes professionally

Willingness to train and mentor others, to further develop the team and encourage productivity
Education
Valid 1st Class Power Certificate in good standing with the TSSA
