1st Line Support Analyst

Location: McKinley Hill, Taguig City & Pasay

Work Setup: Onsite (5 days a week)

Shift Schedule: Should be ready for any-shift (Mostly Night shift)

Salary Range : PHP 20K Base / Month + Benefits

Job Qualifications:

• Candidates must have Excellent English communication skills.
• Candidate should have atleast 6 month to 1 year of experience in support area
• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• At least 1 year Service Desk/Helpdesk/Technical Support experience is required.
• Strong team player
• Must be able to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
• ITIL certification is an advantage
