1st Line Telecoms Engineer

Scale Shore Consulting is seeking a skilled and service-driven 1st Line Support Engineer to join our team. This is a key role providing technical support for telecoms services, ensuring cases are handled efficiently, accurately, and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st line support for broadband, leased lines, and 3CX phone systems.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, routing, and telephony issues using diagnostic tools.
• Configure routers, firewalls, SIP trunks, and 3CX systems.
• Manage support tickets end-to-end with clear, accurate updates and timely resolution.
• Liaise with network providers and internal teams to resolve escalations.
• Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in telecoms, ISP, or VoIP support.
• Knowledge of broadband/leased line technologies (FTTC, FTTP, Ethernet).
