Supervise an energetic production team as a 1st Shift Production Supervisor for high-quality brake linings. This role demands expertise in optimizing equipment and team efficiency.
You will be responsible for leading approximately 35 production operators while ensuring compliance with safety and quality measures. Your expertise will guide troubleshooting and maintenance efforts for seamless production operations. You'll also train operators to enhance their skills in line with company standards and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
