Job Description
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, using high-heat wok technique.
- Ensure all dishes follow established recipes, portion sizes, and flavor profiles, achieving consistency across all services and quality of food served.
- Set up the wok station before service, including prepping sauces, ingredients, and ensuring all necessary equipment is functioning.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized work area at all times.
- Efficiently handle high-volume demand during busy lunch and dinner rushes.
- Ensure proper seasoning and quality before it is served.
- Collaborate with other kitchen stations to ensure proper timing and smooth flow of food delivery.
- Ensure adherence to clubhouse food hygiene SOP and clubhouse rules and regulation.
- Organize, supervise and manage kitchen team, and ensure safety and team work within the team.
