Job Description

                    Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, using high-heat wok technique. 
Ensure all dishes follow established recipes, portion sizes, and flavor profiles, achieving consistency across all services and quality of food served. 
Set up the wok station before service, including prepping sauces, ingredients, and ensuring all necessary equipment is functioning. 
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized work area at all times. 
Efficiently handle high-volume demand during busy lunch and dinner rushes. 
Ensure proper seasoning and quality before it is served. 
Collaborate with other kitchen stations to ensure proper timing and smooth flow of food delivery. 
Ensure adherence to clubhouse food hygiene SOP and clubhouse rules and regulation. 
Organize, supervise and manage kitchen team, and ensure safety and team work within the team. 
Assist in training junior chefs or commis chefs in wok techniques.
