Job Description

 Responsibilities 
Develop new suppliers, request sample for production to test, negotiate pricing and terms
Compare supplies example : pricing, delivery on time and good service
To ensure orders come in according to schedule in order for production to run smoothly
To ensure all records of goods ordered and received
To cancel the Purchase Requisition if the stock in warehouse is still high
Expediting materials from suppliers and ensure on-time deliveries
To hold the delivery if the quality is not acceptable
To make claims against supplier if the goods supplied from them are rejected by our customers
Assist the buyer in project costing reports
Liaise with Account Department on payment matters
 Requirements 
Minimum Diploma / Degree in related field
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
