Core Responsibilities

• Strategy, Planning & Execution
  • Be a strong partner within a program to develop and execute detailed project plans, schedules, and program-level roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with Technology, Business, and 3rd party stakeholders to define problem statements, expected outcomes, and deliverables.
  • Manage all phases of project execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and solution delivery standards.
  • Anticipate and manage resource requirements to ensure project momentum.
  • Collaborate with business to lead organizational change management.
• Governance, Risk & Financial Management
  • Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Manage project budgets, providing regular reporting on financial status and cost health.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet organizational quality and compliance standards.
