Test Engineer for this role is in charge of implementing cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment. including capacity expansion, yield enhancement, and cost reduction activities, in this role, will also need to work across different teams and with factories to focus on the test related quality improvement.

**Location:** Based in Melaka (On-site)

**Responsibilities include (Test Engineer):**

+ Debug characterizing silicon on ATE, correlate results with bench data
+ Analyze silicon results, supporting failure analysis tasks
+ Perform statistical analysis of yield fallout, debugging and fixing yield issues; optimizing test time
