2026 Graduate Scheme - September start

The employer is looking to recruit a driven, positive and curious graduate, ready to join their September 2026 graduate cohort. The starting salary will be c. £30,000 and will be an initial 18 month graduate programme before moving to a permanent role.

The graduate programme has extended across all the businesses European offices and was designed to secure the top graduates who will become part of the long-term succession planning and leadership for their global business. This role will join the Operations and Logistics function of the business and will be based in the UK office headquartered in the West Midlands, close to Birmingham, Wolverhampton and Dudley. You will have the opportunity to progress within the company at the end of the graduate scheme and the company has a very low turnover rate – both previous graduate trainees have been promoted internally since completing the programme.
