As an Associate at Kearney SEA, you’ll lead client workstreams and coach Junior and Senior Analysts while partnering with client executives to design—and implement—solutions that deliver measurable outcomes in operations, procurement, and growth.
Leadership you’ll practice include owning workstreams to pilot, including client coordination for value delivery.
Key responsibilities
Lead project workstreams and teams (as needed), working alongside the client to create recommendations and implement co-created solutions.
Ensure the success of projects to complete tasks such as gathering and analyzing data and conducting competitor assessment studies.
