Job Description

Become the Future Talent of Thiess 
We are looking for a diverse group of enthusiastic and talented individuals to kick-start their trade careers through the Thiess 2026 Mid-Year Apprenticeship Program. Completing an apprenticeship at one of our mines in Queensland or New South Wales means joining the Future Talent of Thiess.

Thiess offers a four-year structured program, designed to develop some of the best tradespersons in the resources industry.

Important Information
The program commences on Monday, 29 June 2026
Requirements
Have completed a minimum of Year 10 with good results in English and Mathematics. (For current Year 10 students, a provisional Australian driver’s licence is required. Not required for mature-age applicants over 21.)

Hold a current Australian driver’s licence (provisional accepted).
