24/7 National Service Delivery Lead

Link-Worldwide is looking for a National Duty Manager (NDM) in Mexico to manage service delivery for IBM customers on a 24-hour basis.The NDM will ensure high customer satisfaction and coordinate resources efficiently during and outside of normal business hours.The ideal candidate has experience in service delivery management and strong problem-resolution skills.Knowledge of IBM products and client industries is preferred.
