26-05 IT Infrastructure and Application Intern

The International Potato Center (CIP) is looking for one (1) IT Infrastructure and Application Intern to provide support to the Information Technology Department in Lima, Peru. This position will support the IT unit in maintaining and optimizing business applications, network infrastructure, and information security protocols. The intern will contribute to the documentation of ITIL-based procedures and the development of solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem to enhance organizational efficiency. Key responsibilities: Support business applications including ERP, BI solutions, SharePoint Online, IT Service Management, and Business Analysis. Provide infrastructure support for networks and communications. Information security support, including handling and escalation of security events and incidents.
