The International Potato Center (CIP) is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Grants and Contracts Intern at our Headquarters in Lima, Peru. As a Grants and Contracts (G&C) Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations of our G&C department.

About the role

The intern will assist in updating G&C, and CIP-related systems for the donor and partner award portfolio, ensuring efficient access and distribution of information while maintaining compliance with institutional and donors’ requirements. The intern will report to the Grants and Contract System Officer.

Key Activities

• Assist in reviewing, validating, updating and distributing grant and contract documentation and related data in the OCS ERP system, ensuring consistency and proper record management.
