[27308] Principal Consultant / Technical Delivery Lead

This incumbent in this role will be the key bridge for our most complex digital engagements. Sitting among high-level Solution Architecture, Tech delivery, and Project/Product Management, you ensure that what is promised to the client is technically sound, highly disciplined, and successfully delivered by our engineering squads. You will lead from the front, guiding both local Australian teams and our global nearshore/offshore centres of excellence, ensuring a seamless One Team approach.

Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership: Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients. You translate complex engineering concepts into business value and provide technical peace of mind to stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.

The Bridge: Partner with Solution Architects to validate designs and work with Delivery Directors to ensure the WBS is complete, stable, prioritised, and follows strict engineering principles.
