2823 – Lean Six Sigma Consultant UK Glasgow

We are looking to bring in a hands‑on Lean Six Sigma Consultant to support a series of process improvement initiatives. This is a delivery‑focused role where you’ll be working closely with operational teams to identify inefficiencies, lead improvement activity, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Location: One of these locations as suits - Glasgow, Perth or Aberdeen (Hybrid working)

What you’ll do

• Leading DMAIC-based improvement activity across key processes


• Facilitating workshops and problem‑solving sessions with stakeholders


• Conducting root cause analysis to identify underlying issues


• Mapping current and future state processes (AS‑IS / TO‑BE)


• Identifying waste and inefficiencies across operations


• Using data to produce insight‑driven recommendations


• Supporting implementation of improvements and tracking outcomes
