HPL Game Design Studio is seeking a 2D Art Director to lead, guide, and elevate the studio’s 2D visual output across game assets, playable ads, motion graphics, animation, and video-based content. This role blends hands‑on creative execution with leadership, coaching, and strategic problem‑solving.
The 2D Art Director will be responsible for driving visual quality, production efficiency, and team capability development through structured workshops, R&D initiatives, upskilling programs, and root cause analysis of recurring quality and performance issues. This role is ideal for a mid-level art leader with strong creative fundamentals and proven leadership experience.
