Position Summary
HPL Game Design Studio is seeking a 2D Art Director to lead, guide, and elevate the studio's 2D visual output across game assets, playable ads, motion graphics, animation, and video-based content. This role blends hands-on creative execution with leadership, coaching, and strategic problem-solving.
The 2D Art Director will be responsible for driving visual quality, production efficiency, and team capability development through structured workshops, R&D initiatives, upskilling programs, and root cause analysis of recurring quality and performance issues. This role is ideal for a mid-level art leader with strong creative fundamentals and proven leadership experience.
