Responsibilities and Requirements Thirty-nine (39) months previous experience 
Fifteen (15) months of operating time to obtain 2nd class certification 
Two (2) years working as a 3rd Class Power Engineer 
Education:  Power Engineering Technology diploma 
Licenses:  2nd Class Power Engineer Certificate 
Competencies:  
Basic - Interpersonal skills 
Basic - Leadership skills 
Intermediate - Computer skills
