2nd Line Support Engineer - 6 month FTC - London

They are looking for someone who is passionate about continuous professional development and has an innovative approach to incorporating technologies into their operations.

The team are looking for a highly motivated 2nd Line Support Engineer seeking to make an immediate impact to the organisation. As a member of the Technical Services team, the successful candidate will be innovative, collaborative and driven and ultimately responsible for providing 2nd line IT support to the business.

Key Responsibilities

Provide 2nd line support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs
