2nd Shift Industrial Mechanic

POSITION SUMMARY:

This working position maintains equipment and machinery throughout the Belgrade Fixtures Plants, and other areas as assigned by the Plant Manager.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:


+ Perform scheduled preventative Maintenance on all equipment

+ Mechanical and electrical diagnosis and repair of equipment

+ Hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting and repair

+ Support the installation of new equipment

+ Welding and light metal fabrication to facilitate repairs/improvements

+ Ensure strict adherence by self, other authorized lockout/tagout team members, and affected team members, to all aspects of lockout/tagout procedures

+ Ensure a safe working environment for team members by assisting in the development of safety programs and enforcing team member compliance with safety rules
