POSITION SUMMARY:

The Network Support Analyst is responsible for supporting and maintaining Menards' enterprise network infrastructure across corporate offices, retail stores, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities. As a member of the Information Systems Infrastructure team, this position plays a critical role in ensuring the availability, performance, and security of network systems that support daily business operations.



PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:


+ Support and maintain enterprise data, voice, and video networks.

+ Monitor network health, uptime, capacity, and performance using network management and monitoring tools.
