Job Description

Evening shift Monday - Friday 3:45pm - 12:15am
In this role, you will be responsible for the majority of the mold changes, mold setup, assembly line set up, troubleshooting, sampling new jobs and developing process improvements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Reads set up and quality instructions and work orders for specifications of job set up, quality specification and work order standards.
Starts up machine to obtain start up workpiece(s) and communicates with QA Supervisor or Shift Supervisor/QA to obtain approval of acceptable product per customer specifications.
Documents start up process and/or process changes in the press set up notebooks and daily records machine cycle times.
Troubleshoots the molding and Life Floor equipment by making the appropriate adjustments to the machine.
Accurately and efficiently positions, aligns and bolts molds to molding machine and connects waterline...
