Accounts Assistant (AP + AR)

Responsibilities

• Handle and maintain AP & AR
• Assist with workflow process streamlining and improvement
• Prepare payments for vendors and assist with payment reports
• Consolidating and updating of AR, issue SOA
• Responsible for month-end closing and reconciliations
• Participate in quarterly and annual audits
• Timely preparation and submission of GST returns, cash flow forecast and income tax
