Our 310T Team Lead - Coach Mechanic (Day shift)has a key role within the facility. They are responsible to assign, monitor, and check the work of a team of service technicians. Additionally, you will need strong communication to convey information from the front of the shop to the technicians and vice versa. Also, will need to read, review, and correct technician stories to ensure proper documentation.
