You won’t be creating emails yourself—but you’ll be quarterbacking the process: tracking tasks, nudging approvals, and updating reports. This is a detail-heavy role for someone who thrives on structure, follow-through, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the task tracking for email designers and copywriters (assigning—not executing)
• Follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure timely approvals
• Update reporting documents based on inputs from stakeholders
