you have are

  • 5+ years of experience in gameplay animation, with multiple shipped AAA titles or equivalent high-quality projects;

  • Expert proficiency in industry-standard animation software and tools (e.g., Maya, Blender) and advanced game engines like Unreal Engine or Unity;
  • Strong experience with animation pipelines, including the integration of assets into game engines and optimization for performance across platforms;

  • Advanced knowledge of motion capture workflows, including planning, directing, and implementing mocap shoots;

  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams of animators;

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-disciplinary collaboration with art directors, game designers, and engineers;
