3D Generalist

Role Overview
We are looking for a versatile and technically proficient 3D Generalist with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, animation, and compositing. The ideal candidate must be able to manage full 3D production pipelines and create high-quality visual content across different genres, including product visualization, character work, architectural scenes, and motion graphics.
Key Responsibilities
Develop high-quality 3D models of characters, props, products, and environments.
Create clean, production-ready topology and UV layouts.
Sculpt detailed assets when required using ZBrush or similar tools.
Build detailed textures and materials using Substance Painter, Photoshop, or similar applications.
Apply shaders that complement the project's visual style and lighting approach.
Set up lighting for realistic and stylized scenes.
