3D Printing Innovation Projects Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated
Innovation Intern to join Alstom Singapore's Innovation Station . You will work directly with the
Innovation Leader for 3D Printing
to support ongoing initiatives in
Additive Manufacturing (AM)
,
Digital Innovation
, and
Operational Excellence
across Alstom's manufacturing and maintenance activities. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real-world industrial innovation — from idea generation and prototyping to process improvement and program coordination. Key Responsibilities Innovation & Additive Manufacturing (50%) Support development and testing of 3D printed components, materials, and prototypes. Assist in preparing business cases, data analysis, and reporting for AM projects. Help document and standardise 3D printing workflows and digital manufacturing processes. Conduct market and technology research on sustainable materials, digital workflows, and new AM applications.
